Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Financial Analyst in Reston, Virginia (VA).
Essential Duties:
- Responsible for providing analytical support to homebuilding operations
- Building financial models
- Developing operational and financial reporting
- Performing financial analysis
- Providing information to management by assembling data
- Preparing reports, and increasing productivity by developing automated applications
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent degree in related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of analytical experience or 1-3 years of public accounting experience (MBA or CPA preferred)
- Real estate experience is a plus
