ZeroChaos is a $3.5 billion company, one of the world's largest Managed Service Provider (MSP) corporations. This full-time, fully benefited, career position will be working with our ZeroChaos Finance team onsite in Orlando, FL. **Candidates will work onsite in  the Orlando, FL area**




Financial Analyst




Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


· Participate in the month end process while supporting the Accounting team;


· Managing the preparation and distribution of internal financial statements and reports;


· Accurately and timely collecting, consolidating, summarizing, and analyzing financial data for use in performance measurement, management reporting and operational trends;


· Developing and maintaining the integrity of the financial reporting process, including quality, reliability and accuracy as well as implementing improvements and enhancements;


· Obtaining an in-depth knowledge of the company’s processes and operations;


· Conducting monthly review and analysis of actual performance versus budgeted to fully understand the variances and propose ways to improve areas as needed;


· Working with operational management to provide meaningful reports for non-financial professionals;


· Performing ad hoc financial analysis as required.


· Supporting the financial strategic planning functions, such as forecasting, budgets, operating plans and strategic plans;


Job Requirements


 The successful applicant will possess the following skillset:




· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university; required


· 3+ years of experience in consolidations, financial reporting, financial analysis and budgeting;


· Strong written and verbal communication skills;


· Possess critical thinking, quantitative and analytical problem solving skills with ability to read,    analyze and interpret financial reports / data and present information;


· Advanced Excel and intermediate Access knowledge;


· Must be detail oriented being able to multi-task, be effectively organized and follow-up;


· Possess a professional attitude with a strong work ethic;


· Have the ability to work with a sense of urgency, be self-motivated and meet tight deadlines;


· Ability to work in a team environment developing relationships across functions;


· Proficiently use technology and re-evaluate processes to increase efficiency, accuracy and appropriate level of documentation through the skilled application of technology tools;


· Management Reporter experience preferred; Microsoft Dynamics AX experience preferred.
